Some of our templates may be created for use with Canva or another third-party platform.
You are responsible for creating and maintaining your own account with any third-party platform needed to use the product. We are not responsible for changes, errors, downtime, or limitations caused by Canva, Shopify, payment providers, or any other third-party service.
4. Personal Use Licence
When you purchase a digital product from Claudia Du Raan, you are buying a personal-use licence.

- Edit the templates for your own needs
- Print copies for your own use
- Use the templates for your own Airbnb or short-term rental setup
You may not:
- Resell the product

- Distribute, duplicate, or sell edited versions of the templates
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Claudia Du Raan.

Payment must be completed before any digital product is delivered. We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store your full card details.
7. Refunds and Returns
Because our products are digital downloads and editable templates, they cannot be physically returned once purchased or accessed.
All digital product sales are final once the file, download link, or template access has been delivered.
