Because our products are digital downloads and editable templates, they cannot be physically returned once purchased or accessed.
Digital Product Sales
All sales of digital products are considered final once the file, download link, or template access has been delivered.
Refunds
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Not reading the product description before buying
- Not having basic Canva, PDF, or device access
- Expecting a physical product to be delivered

Problems With Your Order
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue with your digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the order and may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Product Support
Our templates are designed to be easy to use, but they do require basic editing by the customer. We do not offer custom editing, design changes, or setup services as part of the digital product purchase unless clearly stated in the product description.
